Visiting the website

This site presents information about ELWIZER. Public account registration, software downloads and add-in crash reporting are not available here yet.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Delivering and securing a request involves technical information such as your IP address, requested address, browser information and request time. Cloudflare may process request and security records under its privacy policy.

We have not added advertising, marketing analytics, tracking scripts or account cookies to these static pages. Hosting security features may still use technical cookies or similar information. This does not mean that visiting the site involves no personal data processing.

Contacting support

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to include. Cloudflare processes email to forward it to the project operator's Gmail inbox; Google/Gmail receives and stores the delivered message.

We use support correspondence to respond to questions and investigate reported issues. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, API keys or confidential Revit models in an initial support message.

Closed account pilot

Customer sign-in is not publicly enabled. Where access is separately made available for testing, the pilot uses Google sign-in and Firebase Authentication. You enter your Google password on Google's own page; ELWIZER does not receive it. The requested identity access does not include your Gmail messages or Google Drive files.

Google and Firebase handle basic profile and identity information. ELWIZER's account design uses a verified email address, provider account identifiers, approval status, permissions and security/session records to check who is signing in and what access the owner has approved. Signing in alone does not grant access to Revit tools.

Cloudflare hosts the pilot's session and permission service. Account browser sessions are designed to expire after 15 minutes; this does not automatically delete the account or its security records. The pilot has not been released as a production licensing service.

Providers and processing locations

Cloudflare provides website hosting, protection and email forwarding. Google provides Gmail and, for the closed pilot, Google sign-in and Firebase Authentication. These services can process information outside Egypt. Firebase Authentication processes authentication data in the United States.

Retention and requests

Support correspondence and pilot account/security records can remain after a conversation or sign-in session ends. There is currently no fixed automatic deletion period for these project records. Hosting and identity providers also apply their own retention practices.

You can email support@elwizer.com to ask about information associated with you, request correction, or request review for deletion. We may need to verify your identity and consider security, recovery and applicable legal obligations before removing records. Do not include your password or a sign-in code in that request.

Future features and changes

Cloud collaboration, usage measurement and add-in error/crash reporting are planned features. They are not active on this website. We will update the notice to explain their actual information handling before making them available.

We will also update this notice when the project's operation, services or processing practices change, including expansion beyond Egypt. The date above identifies the current version.
